FAQ

Are all of your products in stock all the time?
We make every effort to stock all of our products all the time. However there are some occasions when stock does run out. Lead times vary depending on the vendor.

Does ABC Furniture Home special order products?
Special orders can accomodated by phone, Fax, or e-mail.

Does ABC Furniture Home custom-make furniture items?
Depending on the type of customization, we may be able to have it approved by our manufactorer. Please send customization requests to our e-mail.

Is assembly difficult for products purchased from ABC Furniture Home?Assembling our products is not difficult at all. But depending on the size and the complexity of the design, items might take time and patience. If you have questions while assembling your products, please contact us at781-393-9993 and ask to speak to Mike for assembly assistance.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
During the delivery by a freight carrier, it is VERY important that you inspect the order before the driver leaves. If you are concerned about the condition of any item, open the carton and inspect for damage. Refuse any damaged cartons; accept the remainder of the order. If the entire order is damaged, refuse the shipment and write DAMAGED - REFUSED and note the damage on the freight bill. Call us immediately at 1-781-393-9993 and report the incident. We will help assist you with a replacement.

What is ABC Furniture Home's return policy?
Returns may be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. A re-stocking charge of 20% and prepaid freight charges BOTH WAYS apply to all returns made for the following reasons:

1. Customer does not like the color or the size is incompatible with the area intended.

2. Customer decides not to keep the item because it must be assembled.

3. Merchandise was not delivered in a timely basis due to freight carrier.

4. Merchandise is returned without prior approval.

5. Customer refused shipment or is unavailable for delivery.

If I return an item, do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Prepaid freight charges BOTH WAYS will apply on all returns.

Can I cancel an order that has been shipped but I have not received it yet?
You can cancel an order that is in transit, however, the original freight charge is non-refundable, you will be charged for return freight and you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

What happens if I want to return an item more than 7 days after receipt?
ABC Furniture Home cannot accept the return unless we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
