Internet Drop Ship Policy
We now offer the drop ship program which we can deliver the purchase order directly to your customer. Please send us an e-mail if your would like us to send the pruchase order directly to your customer. There is a $10 drop ship fee per invoice. We will provide a freight quote from either our conventional trucking, FedEx, or DHL.

Special Packaging
We offer special packaging with an additional charge. Please inquire via e-mail.

We accept Paypal payments to wst567@gmail.com or you may fax our office the credit card information at: 781-393-5535.

Where do we Ship?
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Please contact us for any questions about your location.

Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.

Shipping Costs (We Combine Orders to Save on Shipping!)
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or our Conventional Trucking to ship the items to you. We will always include insurance and tracking to ensure that your items arrive to you safe and sound.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
During the delivery by a freight carrier, it is VERY important that you inspect the order before the driver leaves. If you are concerned about the condition of any item, open the carton and inspect for damage. Refuse any damaged cartons; accept the remainder of the order. If the entire order is damaged, refuse the shipment and write DAMAGED - REFUSED and note the damage on the freight bill. Call us immediately at 1-781-393-9993 and report the incident. We will help assist you with a replacement. You can file a claim via FedEx or DHL within 14 days.

Are all of your products in stock all the time?
We make every effort to stock all of our products all the time. However there are some occasions when stock does run out. Lead times vary depending on the vendor.

Does World Source Trading special order products?
Special orders can accomodated by phone, Fax, or e-mail.

Does World Source Trading custom-make furniture items?
Depending on the type of customization, we may be able to have it approved by our manufactorer. Please send customization requests to our e-mail.

Is assembly difficult for products purchased from World Source Trading?Assembling our products is not difficult at all. But depending on the size and the complexity of the design, items might take time and patience. If you have questions while assembling your products, please contact us at781-393-9993 and ask to speak to Mike for assembly assistance.

What is World Source Trading's return policy?
Returns may be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. A re-stocking charge of 20% and prepaid freight charges BOTH WAYS apply to all returns made for the following reasons:

1. Customer does not like the color or the size is incompatible with the area intended.

2. Customer decides not to keep the item because it must be assembled.

3. Merchandise was not delivered in a timely basis due to freight carrier.

4. Merchandise is returned without prior approval.

5. Customer refused shipment or is unavailable for delivery.

If I return an item, do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Prepaid freight charges BOTH WAYS will apply on all returns.

Can I cancel an order that has been shipped but I have not received it yet?
You can cancel an order that is in transit, however, the original freight charge is non-refundable, you will be charged for return freight and you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

What happens if I want to return an item more than 7 days after receipt?
World Source Trading cannot accept the return unless we are notified within 7 days of receipt.

Privacy
For consumers shopping on the Internet, privacy is a major concern. Almost three-quarters of Internet users are concerned about having control over the release of their private information when shopping online. (Source: US Census Data). Our Guarantee - We guarantee that your personal information will not be given (or sold) to a third party for any reason. In addition, World Source Trading does not send promotional mail unless requested.

Security
World Source Trading does not process credit card payments online unless you choose Paypal as your payment method. Notice there is no shopping cart on our web site. We process credit card charges manually just like we do in our brick and mortar store. We keep your records in a locked file in the office, the old way. Customers provide credit card information to us using fax. At no time is your credit card information ever connected to the Internet.
